中國暫緩綠壩初解讀
今晚，消息傳來，中國工業和信息化部宣布暫緩由7月1日起，強制所有出售電腦強制安裝裝「綠壩」規定。這是網民力量一次勝利，但中國政府暫緩「綠壩」，不是撤消，將來只會不再犯上今次的錯誤，我們要小心。但無論如何，中國當局總算是「從善如流」，一向以來，在「外國勢力」前收回成命，非常少有，有何原因？首先，「綠壩」本身不可行，軟件差、無法執行；第二，當局低估網民回應，上了Web 2.0一課，但下一步政府會向哪方向走，是未知之數；第三，「綠壩」看來真的並非最高層决定，很可能真有貪腐成分，連中央其他部門也反對。
星期五網民發出的《2009匿名網民宣言》，除了令筆者感覺到中國網民的勇敢，也令筆者有些擔心，對這樣的挑戰政府會怎樣看待回應？最壞的沒有發生，大概政府也恐怕會完全失控，真的亂起來，但未來是怎樣，還要看你我的堅持。

我比較相信這部份。說政府怕v for vendetta我恐怕太浪漫（雖然我是Natalie Portman fans!）
而在內地聽業界提得最多的也是這個不滿。四千多萬不合理的聲音遠多於封鎖言論不合的聲音。起碼我身邊是這樣。

Michigan examined the software said the software contained serious security problems that might allow outsiders to take control of computers running it via remote access. In addition, the software's text filter blocked words that included phrases considered politically sensitive to Mainland China authorities.
If Mainland China does it again, please kindly listen to the voices and opinions from the civilians. We are happy to hear that we can have freedom to choose the monitoring software to install in the near future.
