Hi, all,

I have a dream that the Legco election will have the following arrangement. In fact, the HKSAR has 18 districts. Each district can have 4 Legco seats. Two of them are coming from direct election. The other two are coming from functional constituencies. Each person in the district can have only one vote but they can choose to vote for any candidates. In the long run, there is no need to have the functional constituencies which are replaced by the direct election.
